How can I place an order from your website?

You can buy our products online from https://www.athea.in/. Add your desired products to the cart, checkout, and simply fill out the necessary details. Every update on your order will be notified to you on your registered contact. You can also get in touch with our sales team on-call/Whatsapp to manually place your order. We are always happy to help you!

What size ring do I need?

You can easily check your ring size right at your home. For assistance, you can refer to this link to estimate your ring size.

Why is my Coupon Code not working?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please reach out to us at hello@athea.in with the subject stated as 'Coupon Code not Working'. We will be taking care of the issue from there and get back to you as soon as the issue is resolved.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept the most common and major payment methods that include debit/credit card, UPI, Wallets, Netbanking, Paypal, and also Cash on delivery.

How long does shipping take in India and what are the shipping charges?

Athea offers free shipping in India. We strive to deliver the best at your doorstep, packing every order with love and care. Hence, orders generally take 5 to 7 working days to dispatch.

Please note that personalized jewellery can take 7 to 10 days to dispatch.

How do I track my order?

We understand how eager you are for your trinket treasures to arrive. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification on your registered email. You can further mail us at hello@athea.in for tracking details.

How do I cancel an order?

Yes definitely you can. If you no longer want the product, you can cancel it by mailing us at hello@athea.in within 24 hours of placing the order. However, please note that for personalized jewellery you can cancel only within 2 hours of placing your order.

What is Athea’s Return Policy? Can I return a product I'm not satisfied with?

Yes you can. We have a 30-days return policy. This implies that if you are not satisfied with the product delivered, you can request for return within 30 days of receiving the order. To raise a return request, you can mail us at hello@athea.in with the subject, 'Return Request' mentioning your reason for return along with Order ID and product images. We will arrange for reverse pickup and process your refund once we receive the returned product.

Please Note:

1) The Product should be intact, unused, and packed with original tags and packaging.

2) The refund process takes 4-6 days and will be initiated only after receiving the return order in the original payment method.

3) ATHEA reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.

4) The Return Policy is not applicable for Personalized jewellery

What is Athea’s exchange policy?

Want to exchange your jewellery? We understand your concern and so we also have a 30-Days exchange policy. To request an exchange, simply drop a mail at hello@athea.in with the subject as, 'Exchange Request'. Don't forget to attach product images, your reason for initiating the exchange, and mention your Order ID. Once we receive your request, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep.

Please Note:

1) The Product should be intact, unused, and packed with original tags and packaging.

2) he Exchange Item will be dispatched only after receiving the Product ordered in the first place.

3) Exchange Policy is not applicable for Personalized jewellery.

4) Exchange is a one-time process. Hence, exchanged products cannot be returned

What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?

We apologize for all the inconvenience caused. At Athea, we handle multiple orders together and if we make any mistakes, we are sure to resolve them. If your order is missing certain products or if you have received an incorrect item, immediately reach out to us at hello@athea.in with the subject as 'Received a Wrong Item/Order has Items Missing'. We will take prompt actions to settle the issue keeping you informed.

I need to change the delivery address. How can I do that?

We can definitely change your delivery address if the order has not yet been picked up from our warehouse. You can simply contact us via hello@athea.in or by any of our support channels and get your address updated. If your order has already been shipped, there is very little we can do to change your address. Instead, we can try ceasing the shipment and resend your order at the new address. We will keep you informed of every update.

Do you ship outside India? If Yes, how long does it take for shipping international orders?

Yes we do. We keep no corner unfilled so you can have your little boxes of joy shipped internationally. International shipping usually takes 10 to 21 days to deliver.

Please note that personalized jewellery can take 7 to 10 days to dispatch.
